ADR Plus Project
Improving citizens' access to justice by promoting mediation in civil and commercial matters
The ADR Plus project primarily aims at promoting access to justice by citizens and businesses by improving their knowledge and their trust in mediation/conciliation procedures for the settlement of national and trans-national disputes in civil and commercial matters.
In the course of its deployment, the ADR Plus is expected to produce events, surveys, law reviews and communication campaigns in the partner countries.
