Communication Campaign
Objectives: to improve the sensitisation of citizens and businesses towards mediation/conciliation procedures; to disseminate the project results to a wider EU public; to strengthen the network; to improve the capacity of other PA and key actors involved in mediation/conciliation activities through the design of reusable communication tools
Main actions
4.1 communication plan design
4.2 local events involving a wide audience will be scheduled in public spaces
4.3 realisation of information resources (brochure and/or leaflet, information panels) addressed to PA, citizens, legal practitioners, businesses and other actors
4.4 planning of intensive mass media coverage
4.5 design of a DVD containing all the information resources realised, to be distributed to other PA and key actors
4.6 this brand new website is being implemented to support the networks activated during the project
4.7 an international conference will be held in Bologna (Italy) during Autumn 2010
Role of each partner
RER: realisation of DVD, project brochure/leaflet/panels, web site management, organisation of final conference, participation to TV/radio programmes; organisation of information/sensitisation campaigns addressed to the general public (local events and dissemination activities in public places);
All PPs: information material targeted at national level, participation to TV/radio programmes, collaboration in the realisation of the web site and DVD, translation of information resources, organisation of information/sensitisation campaigns addressed to the general public; participation to the final international conference
Associate Partners: will contribute to the dissemination of the project results and outputs at local and European level
Impact: strengthened information of mediation/conciliation procedures towards the general public; increased visibility of the project, increased knowledge on mediation/conciliation services by citizens/business
