Networking
Objective: to strengthen the multi-level governance on mediation/conciliation issues, to support information and dissemination activities, to strengthen the European area of justice among all the key actors involved in the partners’ countries. Activities include the identification of key actors and relevant stakeholders, the organization of local meetings in partner countries, of information sessions for key targets and of a trans-national seminar in Spain
Main actions
3.1 identification of key actors and relevant stakeholders (lawyers, professional organisations, Regional/local authorities, Chambers of Commerce, consumer associations) dealing with mediation/conciliation issues in each country and at EU level
3.2 organisation of national/local/regional meetings involving stakeholders at all scales in each country
3.3 organisation of local information sessions addressed to specific key actors (judicial authorities, legal practitioners, enterprises, local authorities) and aimed at fostering the development of permanent networks both at local and EU level
3.4 organisation of a transnational seminar in ES – Barcelona involving all the regional stakeholders, aimed at exchanging local experiences and strengthening the network

Diputaciò Barcelona: organisation of a transnational seminar in ES
Associate Partners: creation of an European Network on mediation issues, participating to the meetings and exchanging information
Impact: strengthened institutional capacities (building) of local administrations and fostering multi-level governance for supporting information and dissemination activities on conciliation/mediation; information exchanged among the relevant stakeholders involved in mediation procedures in the partners’ countries
