National and Transnational Mediation: comparing experiences in Italy, France and Spain.

Project ADRplus ends on the 1st of October, 2010 in Bologna, with an event aimed mainly at professionals, lawyers and accountants of the three countries involved in the project. Main objective: to deepen the role of professionals in mediation court in a comparative way.

The conference will begin with a morning session on the non-judicial mediation in civil and commercial matters in a comparative presentation and the European regulatory framework and profiles for implementing the Italian, Spanish and French legislation (the three countries involved in ADRplus). In the afternoon, two parallel workshops, the first of which will concern the regulation of mediation in civil and commercial matters in France, Italy and Spain, even in its most practical aspects (training and qualifications of the mediator, models of mediation, technical assistance, the role of the professionals, mediation administered mediation - organizational profiles and costs).

The second workshop will concern best practices relating to social, commercial and family mediation in the three countries.

There will be also several attestations of Deputaciò Infodroits de Barcelona, Association of Aquitaine and Emilia-Romagna, project partners of ADRplus.
